Ringtones and chimes
Listen, then save a tone for your iPhone (.m4r).
How to put them on your iPhone
From a Mac: connect your iPhone, open it in Finder, and drag the .m4r files onto its window. They'll appear in Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
On the iPhone alone: in GarageBand, start any project, add the tone from Files, then go to My Songs, long-press the project and choose Share → Ringtone.
